House: "Here's the scipt of OUR Christmas Eve play."

Foreman: "What?"

House: "OUR-CHRISTMAS-EVE-PLAY."

Others: """WHAT???!!!!"""

House: "Well, it seems Cuddy has some fantastic ideas that all of us have to entertain some other people this year."

Foreman: "What us?"

House: "Every one. You, me, Chase, Cameron, oh, and Wilson."

Chase: "What play?!"

House: "Let's see... Ah-ha. The Hound of the Baskervilles."

Cameron: "Why have we act in such a horror story in Christmas?"

House: "First, it's not a horror story, Cameron. It's a detective one. Second, the story is reset in Christmas time* and third I am the smartest man here in the hospital."

Chase: "So you want to be Holmes."

House: "Who else could I be?"

Foreman: "And how about us?"

House: "Be patient, boy... (see the script) Chase, you are Sir Henry, that silly thing from Australia, uh-uh, Canada. Cameron, you are Miss Stapleton and Foreman is your heartless husband."

Chase: "...of course Dr. Wilson would be Dr. Watson."

House: "Yes, he is my old fellow. (seeing Wilson coming in, shouts) My dear Watson!"

Wilson: " (stops, doubtfully looking at House)...What?"

House: "Your hat and boots, Watson, quick! Not a moment to lose!"

*A Christmas party's invented in BBC version. So why couldn't it be in House's version?

House：這是我們的平安夜戲劇的劇本。

Foreman：啥？

House：我─們─的─平─安─夜─戲─劇。

其他人：啥？！

House：看來Cuddy有個很棒的主意，今年我們全部的人都要來娛樂一下大眾。

Foreman：誰是我們？

House：每個人。你，我，Chase，Cameron，喔，還有Wilson。

Chase：什麼戲劇？

House：讓我看看。啊哈。巴斯克維爾的獵犬。

Cameron：我們為什麼要在聖誕節演這種恐怖故事？

House：第一，這不是恐怖故事，Cameron。這是偵探故事。第二，這故事場景重新設在聖誕節的時候而且第三我是醫院裡最聰明的人。

Chase：所以你要演福爾摩斯。

House：我還能演誰？

Foreman：那我們呢？

House：要有耐心，小子。（看劇本）Chase，你是亨利爵士，那個澳洲、噢不，加拿大來的蠢東西。Cameron，你是史塔普頓小姐而Foreman是你沒良心的丈夫。

Chase：當然Wilson醫生是演華生了。

House：是的，他是我的老友。（看到Wilson走進來，大叫）我親愛的華生！

Wilson：（站住，懷疑地看著House）幹嘛？

House：你的帽子和靴子，華生，快！沒時間可浪費了！
